My journey into this space hasn’t come from a single moment, but from a gradual realisation that something was missing. On the surface, life looked full—I was building a successful career in marketing, working on large-scale projects, constantly creating, delivering, achieving. But underneath that, there was a quiet disconnection.
Over time, that feeling became harder to ignore. I began to recognise how easy it is to lose touch with yourself when you’re constantly moving, performing, and meeting expectations. That awareness led me to start exploring a different way of living—one that felt more grounded, more honest, and more connected.
What began as curiosity became something much deeper. Through practices like breathwork, cold immersion, trauma-informed yoga, and meditation, I started to understand my body and mind in a completely new way. It wasn’t an overnight transformation—it was a process of unlearning, slowing down, and beginning to listen.
Along the way, I realised how many people—especially women—are quietly carrying the same sense of disconnection, often feeling unseen, unheard, or unsure where to turn for support that truly resonates. That’s what has drawn me so strongly to this work.
I now support others through coaching, but more than that, I feel a deep pull to be part of something that creates space for women to feel understood, supported, and connected to themselves again—not through pressure or perfection, but through compassion and real, lived experience.
My background in media has shown me the power of storytelling, but it’s my own journey that has shown me the importance of truthful storytelling—the kind that helps people feel less alone.
Being part of a women’s wellness app that is genuinely focused on helping women feel seen and heard feels incredibly aligned with that. It feels like a natural continuation of my own journey—and a meaningful way to contribute to something that has the potential to support others in a real and lasting way.
